REGARDING YOUR
LEASE AGREEMENT:
Rent Payment: Rent is payable in advance, payable on the first of each month. Late fees will be applied on the 6th of each month. We accept checks and/or money orders only, no cash, please.
Termination of lease: A minimum of thirty (30) days written notice is required. Check with the terms of your specific lease agreement regarding lease expiration date, early termination conditions, etc. You may obtain the appropriate termination form at the Leasing Office or download it from this website. The thirty day notice will become effective the date it is received by the Leasing Office. You may also download our guide to cleaning standards upon termination. It provides detailed instructions regarding the required condition of your apartment upon move-out.
